What type of HTML is exported by Xara Web Designer?

Xara Web Designer exports documents as HTML5 and uses a transitional DOCTYPE allowing for W3C valid HTML5 files to be exported.  The positioning of objects within the exported page is managed using absolute positioned DIVs. The code uses a combination of inline styles and an external style sheet to define the style of various HTML elements.  The program exports fixed width and fixed positioned pages.  This means that a page will display the same size at any resolution and will not stretch when dynamic content is inserted.
 
Each of the templates provided in the program are verified as HTML5 via http://validator.w3.org.
