Can I insert values with more precision than 2 decimal place?

Yes. This is controlled by the settings within your Windows installation, so will also affect any other programs that are sensitive to this.

To change this setting go to Control Panel > Regional and Language Options. From Regional Options, click on Customize and increase the number of digits after the decimal.
