Photo Hue Tool

The Photo Hue tool, introduced in Designer Pro X,PGD MX 2013 & P&LD 9, is part of the Photo Enhance Tool and can be found on the Photo tool infobar. The tool allows a photo (or parts of a photo when using a soft mask) to be tinted with any color.

If you wish to apply a tint to only part of the photo then simply use one of the region selection tools to draw and apply a region selection to the area you wish to edit prior to using the Hue select tool.
