Can I create brushes?

To create a new brush type:

1. Design your desired brush shape in Xara, then select it and go into the Freehand and Brush Tool. 
2. Click Create Brush 

3. A dialogue box will appear - give your brush an appropriate name and then decide whether it is to be a Scatter or Art brush.

   

   This dialog displays the options for version 11. V10 and below versions will show a slightly different dialog without the additional art option.

4. Click Create. Your new brush will be in the brush dropdown list to choose from.
