'Save as...' only gives me the option to save an .X3D file. How do I save a GIF, JPEG etc from Xara3D?

'Save as...' is for saving a Xara3D file in Xara3D's native format. In order to save as a bitmap (such as a GIF or JPEG), you should use 'Export...' or for an animation 'Export Animation' in the file menu.

The reason for this is to prevent someone accidentally saving a source file as a bitmap. Bitmaps cannot be edited by Xara3D once exported, as they don't contain the full 3D information that the source file does.
