Please initially ensure you have the latest printer drivers for the particular printer you are using. If difficulties continue, try selecting 'print as bitmap' from the Output tab of the File | Print options dialog.
Difficulties with printing can also occur if you are using a Hewlet Packard printer configured by default to print in HP-GL/2 graphics mode. The HP-GL/2 printer language is strictly vector based and complex shapes containing thousands of lines may overflow the printers memory. The problem can be resolved by altering the printer settings to raster mode where images are interpreted as bitmaps. Please view your printer manual / configuration options for more information on altering the graphics mode.
