My links to the current page are not exported as links.

Since version 6, all links pointing to the current page are removed and if they have a rollover state, then the state is made permanently visible. 

This behaviour can be disabled by applying "NoAutoHighlight" name to the object with the link. 

Assume you have a block of text with certain words linked to the current page.  Select the text block with the Selector tool, click on Apply, remove names icon from the Selector tool Infobar and apply the name "NoAutoHighlight".
