Will my Web Designer site display or navigation be affected if my site visitor has JavaScript disabled?

A visitor to your website will still be able to navigate through your site, even if they have JavaScript disabled.  Although all rollover and pop-up effects will not appear, the site visitor will still be able to click on the links on the buttons and be directed to the linked page.
