If you have forgotten your account password, visit the Xara Service Center and click on the link 'I've forgotten my password', enter your email address and click on Continue.
You will receive an email which contains a reminder hint for password if you entered one when you registered. You will also receive a link to set up a new password in case the hint doesn't help.
If you find that this email and password combination does not work in the way you expect – for example you are not getting an upgrade discount or you cannot unlock a product – consider the possibility that you might have another account with a different email address. If you sign in with your email address and password at the Xara Service Center and go to ‘My Products’ you can see which products are registered in the account with this email address.
If you have forgotten what email address you used to purchase but you know your serial number, then visit the Xara Service Center and click on the link 'I've forgotten my password', enter your serial number and click on Continue. An email will be sent to the email address used to register that serial number.
If you are unsure about both email address and password and you don't have a serial number, or think that the email address used to register in no longer active, then contact Sales via www.xara.com/contact including as much information as possible (your full name, which product, possible postal addresses etc) and they will be able to track down the right account details for you.
