Can I use the photos in the templates?

In the case of templates that include photos, there may be some restrictions on the commercial use of the photos, contact Xara for more information, naming the product / template and photo that you are interested in.

Also note that the photos are embedded in the templates and you may not extract them from the templates and use them for other purposes.
